Thoughts of Harm
We all experience all kinds of thoughts. Almost everyone experiences, however fleetingly, thoughts of harming self or others at some point in life. Any thought that passes through us is not a problem in itself.
The more attention we give a thought, the more real to us it becomes. Emotional upset and low moods also tend to lead us to hold on to and believe our thoughts.
You are free to express anything in your WisdomNet sessions. In fact, it can be especially helpful to share particularly difficult thoughts.
